We are able to process via our HICAPS terminal so you can claim directly from your Health Fund and only pay the difference at the time of your treatment.

With Humm, you can receive your dental treatment now and pay for it in four equal, interest-free installments. This service allows you to manage your dental expenses without the stress of upfront costs. Simply choose Humm, and enjoy the peace of mind that comes with manageable payments.
How Does it Work?
After your consult one of our patient coordinators will discuss your payment plan options, and can assist you with applying for Humm. If you qualify for a Humm loan, there is a set up fee of $60, and account fees are $8 monthly dependent on the duration of your plan. Humm loans are interest free.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide proof of PPS number & address.
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australian.
- Must have full time income.
- Have a current credit/debit card and a photo ID.
- Have a good credit history.
There are different payment plans which can be chosen depending on the amount you plan to spend. Treatments below $500 are interest free and can be paid back in 5 fortnightly or 3 monthly payments. For larger treatments you can spend up to $30,000 and can pay it back over 6 years.
TLC – Fund All Medical/Dental Treatments and Out Of Pocket Costs:
- Payment plans from $2,001 to $70,000 – covering all dental fees.
- No stress – the whole process is managed privately by our Patient Coordinators.
- Any additional repayments or rebates can be added back onto the payment plan at no extra charge
- Get the right treatment at the right time!
How Does it Work?

- No upfront fees – everything is included in the patient’s minimum repayment (no set up or monthly account fees).
- Broader eligibility criteria – TLC can consider patients who are casual, part-time, or receiving Centrelink payments
- Patients with minor credit defaults may still be eligible.
- Parents can apply on behalf of their children.
- Family members can apply on behalf of patients.
- Patients with strong credit scores may receive rates starting from 6.3%, and a personalised quote is always provided prior to proceeding.
